Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers are entitled to exchange or return a product purchased from the website within 30 days from the date of purchase, only in cases of a manufacturing defect, and based on a technical report from maintenance or authorized service centers. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. After the 30-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. In such cases, the customer should contact Beko customer service at 16165 to register a service request, or for other products, contact 0224177270, in accordance with Article 21 of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • For any return or exchange, the original packaging and carton box must be intact,
    unopened, and unused, with all original accessories included, along with the original
    purchase invoice.
    If the purchase included a gift, it must also be returned. Failure to return all components
    will result in rejection of the return/exchange request.
    In the case of discounted or promotional items, the refund amount will be limited to the
    amount actually paid by the customer.

If the product has NO manufacturing defect:

Customers are entitled to return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, under the following conditions:

1. If the product has not been opened or used and is in its original condition:

  • The customer may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • In this case:
    o The product may be exchanged, with any price difference applied.
    o Or the product may be returned for a refund, after deducting shipping costs.
  • According to Article 40 (1 & 2) of the Consumer Protection Law, the supplier must refund the amount in the same payment method within 7 business days from receiving the returned product. The customer bears the shipping/return costs.
  • For online payments (VISA/MasterCard), an additional 2% administrative fee will be deducted.

2. If the product has been opened:

According to Article 17, Clause 2 of the Consumer Protection Law, customers cannot return or exchange products once the box has been opened or the product used, except in the following cases:

  • If the nature, properties, or packaging of the product prevents it from being restored to its
    original condition.
  • If the product is not in the same condition as when sold, due to reasons attributed to the consumer.

Exception:

The company may allow an exchange with price difference applied or a return with a 5% packaging deduction from the total product value.
